Lasting change begins with understanding where an organization currently stands. We work with leaders and teams to examine existing practices, identify barriers and opportunities, and establish realistic priorities for improvement. Through stakeholder engagement, document review, and collaborative planning, we help organizations develop strategies that reflect their mission, capacity, and communities.

Policies do more than communicate expectations--they affect whether people experience an organization as safe, equitable, and accessible. We review policies, handbooks, procedures, and public-facing materials through an educational and equity-informed lens, with particular expertise in gender  diversity and LGBTQ+ inclusion. Our work helps organizations identify gaps between stated commitments and everyday practices and develop clearer, more responsive approaches.* 

Inclusive organizations require more than supportive language. We help organizations assess how their culture is experienced by employees, participants, and community members.
